Upgrade Clippy pet to v2 look directions - #1

Summary

• upgrade the packaged Clippy atlas from the 8x9 v1 layout to the 8x11 Codex v2 layout
• add all 16 clockwise look directions in 22.5-degree steps and set spriteVersionNumber to 2
• populate the v2 neutral/front slot from the existing idle source
• extend the Bun builder and README generator so checked-in assets remain reproducible
• update the contact sheet, review manifest, and contributor documentation

The standard animation rows still come from the ACS extraction. The two direction rows are a checked-in, visually QA-approved source strip produced through the hatch-pet v2 workflow.

Validation

• regenerated all ACS animations
• rebuilt the pet twice; both runs produced SHA-256 a921e8e79a10d2a2da3916f43af89aa30a2ae49af029e132c4329ff76dac326e
• hatch-pet validate_atlas.py --require-v2: passed, 1536x2288, 11 rows, no errors or warnings, zero transparent RGB residue
• targeted TypeScript check for the changed build and README scripts: passed
• git diff --check: passed

After merge, please publish a new clippy-pet.zip GitHub release from this upstream repository so the existing installation instructions deliver the v2 package to Codex users.
